Hair By Yana, Kew Gardens

I went and got my hair done by Yana yesterday. She completely destroyed by hair, she has no experience in doing the service she is selling. The Groupon is for her to practice learning balayage on poor peoples hair. She charged me an additional $60 for color, $40 for bonding for the bleach and $45 for toner. I spent a total of over $300 on my destroyed hair. I told her she should refund me some of the money i paid her yesterday and she said no refunds, dispute the groupon. This is completely unethical, i am extremely disappointed and sad about the outcome of my hair and worried about how much money i would have to spend to get my hair corrected
