Odd experience bc they did not believe that I purchased a Groupon to fix my iPhone 11 even after I showed the voucher. The rep even asked me to go on the app and show him how I found and purchased the Groupon. I’m not sure what he was insinuating but nonetheless, my phone was fixed in 35 minutes. Call ahead of time to ensure they have the screen you need.
