The class was good and clear but picking up the certificate was a little inconvenient. I recommend calling the location in advance (day of but a few hours before you go) to make sure someone is PHYSICALLY in the office. The interactions in the office were fine and they were friendly, so I recommend the class.

After buying the Groupon, I was sent a Zoom link to attend the 5-hour course. It was long to sit through (especially on Zoom) but wasn’t anything crazy. After completing it, I called to pick up my certificate a few days later and received it without issue. I heard some people had issues with the mailing of certificates (I picked mine up so I can’t speak on that). All in all, it was an easy time.
