Krave It, Bayside

Fried chicken, pineapples, chili sauce, and jalapeños—typically, these ingredients aren't even featured in the same meal let alone on top of the same pizza. But that's exactly where you'll find them at Krave It, a modest Bayside shop that bypasses tradition in the name of creativity.

The Pineapple Express pizza is just one of the many innovative pies here; others include the OG, which is topped with brussels sprouts and sweet potato, and the Roscoes FCW, which is crowned with homemade waffles and maple syrup. Innovative as they are, though, pizzas aren't the only thing receiving Krave It's clever touches. The menu boasts dozens of different sandwiches, too, including the Philly Bomber, which is stuffed with thinly sliced rib-eye steak, cheese, and cherry peppers, just like the Liberty Bell.
