Queens Discount Jfk Airport Parking, Jamaica

Very disappointed with this location. Took forever to get my car situated as there was only a 1 man show. Then upon my return my windshield was broken as well as I received a parking ticket in the mail indicating that my car was not parked in a lot but parked on the street during street sweeping hours of 2:21am.

I used this parking from Aug 6-13th with a late flight home at 10:30pm. So today in the mail I got 3 notice of violation from the City of New York PLATE MISSING at address of 146-33 175th Street in Queens for date 8-11 8-12 & 8-13 both while I am still on vacation and car. So my car was driven to Queens my plates removed.. I was so tired when I asked the guy why my mileage was so high

The place was difficult to find and looks nothing like the pic. There was a woman sitting out front talking loudly on the phone using very vulgar language that was extremely offensive. The only reason I didn’t give a lower score is the man that picked us on the return flight was very accommodating and hospitable.

This place was very difficult to find. They have 3 completely different addresses. When we returned from our trip, we called 4 times before anyone answered. The drivers were rude and asked my location 6 times before arriving with a full van and saying, he could take my family but had to come back for my bags!!! I took an Uber to find people smoking weed and drinking leaning on my car! Never AGAIN!
