The masseuse didn't speak English. I couldn't explain that I bought a Groupon for a 90 minute massage but they only gave me 60 minute one. I took it up with Groupon to resolve the issue. The massage itself was 4/5 stars.

Massage was not as good as I thought it was got 50min not 1 hr (I've had better). My other problem was when I was leaving I gave each person $10 tips The owner then said i have to give $20 each because they are not making anything from Groupon (then why use Groupon if you're not making anything). I thought that was rude. Will never use this place again.

thank you for visiting us and all our staff are Nys certified therapists, and have minimum 5 years working experience. due to the COVID-19, business have been slow, which is why we are working with Groupon. due to Groupon priced our services at very low rates, so our business hardly making any profit. so our therapists mainly making their income from tips. which is why we prefer customers tip generously to help keep our business open. if our therapists don’t make enough money to survive, they will leave. nowadays, very difficult to keep or find hood qualified workers. Thank you for your understanding and coooeration. while you are receiving good qualified service at minimum rates, please tip reasonable and generously. thank you!
