What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
All our instructors are Yoga Alliance certified teachers. We offer vinyasa, restorative, and yin classes. We are a student centered studio. Group classes attend to students' different level & progress. Convenient scheduling for private classes and private use of studio available to our members.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our instructors encourage students to establish a practice routine tailored to one's own schedule and level. We also communicate with students through email outside class for Q & A. We believe yoga practice is not only an exercise but a journey, and we would like to share that with our students.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

What do you love most about your job?
The sharing of yoga practice with our students give us great joy. It's unbeatable sense of achievement to see that our students benefit physically and mentally from the practice.
