I bought this Groupon earlier this year for carpet/upholstery cleaning. The guy who came to clean carpet was very professional but his brush to clean the sofa was broken so he cleaned the carpets and asked me to schedule again for sofa cleaning. I paid for everything and I have been trying to reach them, since then to schedule but no one gets back to me. no response, poor service.

STAY AWAY! Horrible service wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They don’t answer the phone when you call and don’t respond to your emails. They did a really bad job cleaning my rug and on their website state if your unhappy with the service they provided to call or email them and they will send someone back out for free but you can’t contact them and they aren’t at the address posted on their site
