The people at cpr were not upfront with the condition of my iPad. Hey changed a broken screen and handed back the iPad to me, saying the glass won't fit because my iPad was bent.
They examined the iPad prior to quoting me a price, this possibility should have been discussed prior.
Now I have a fixed screen however the glass on my iPad isnt seated properly leaving it open to dust and all.
Incompetent and extremely unprofessional!

I had a broken screen replaced and was charged about $180 for the repair. My phone hasn't worked properly since. I went back to the store and they said they couldn't do anything for me and they didn't have a tech that could work on my phone.
I went to the other CPR location on Wake Forest Rd and they at least attempted to fix it.
