My fitness trainer canceled on me 3 times and then never called me back to reschedule a 4th time. The machines were also greased a little too much so I slipped and injured my foot on an eliptical machine. When I told management they just brushed it aside. I've been wearing a boot on my foot for a month now. I will never be recommending O2 Fitness as a result.
