About Polar Ice House Wake Forest

Despite having the word in its name, MVP Sports Factory isn't a factory in the classic industrial sense. It does, however, produce something: young athletes equipped with a potent blend of skill and enthusiasm. That's thanks to its signature training programs, which welcome kids 18 months old and older to learn and play the likes of basketball, indoor soccer, and "Blastball"—a gender-neutral blend of baseball and softball. The large, fully equipped facility features twin basketball courts, a multipurpose turf room, an indoor soccer field, and a volleyball court, and ice skating is offered at the Polar Ice House. All this space ensures participants always have enough room to master the elements of becoming successful athletes: understanding the fundamentals of their chosen sports, exhibiting sportsmanship, playing as a team, and looking cool in sweatbands.

Camp counselors are very friendly. My son enjoys ice skating and fortunately can manage on the ice. However it would be great if basic tips and techniques can be shared by counselors while kids are on ice so that beginners can enjoy the ice and not be a hazard to themselves and others. Counselors are there anyway and know how to skate so there would be no added cost to the company but so much more value added.
