The instructors were not very experienced. One instructor rushed through as many poses as she could during the beginners yoga class. It was annoying and did not allow for the body to stretch properly. They canceled at least 6 classes that I had signed up for and I could not reschedule because my groupon expired. Maybe they were upset with me because I had cancelled online quite a bit, but I had a death in the family and serious health issues- all during the holidays. They should have extended the groupon to account for their cancellations. I have regularly been to a couple of outstanding yoga studios in North Raleigh. I would not recommend Proactive Health & Wellness for yoga classes.
