Should tell customers that services will take more than one day when they make their first appointment, develop a better system for making appointments (I called five times before anyone answered, and then the receptionist told me she had shut down her computer for the day), rude and unfriendly dentist

I believe Dr. Andreaus is using Groupon to promote his business even though dental work is not required. I had my teeth cleaned and gums inspected from my regular dentist less than 6-months from the day I went in for Zoom Whitening. Dr. Andreaus refused to do the whitening because he said my teeth were covered in plaque and my gums needed periodontal work. He said they were so bad there was puss coming from several areas. I've been going to my regular dentist for almost 30 years and he would never let my teeth or gums get in that condition. I also had a bridge replaced in Feb., 2012 and if my teeth or gums needed additional work an appointment would have been made at that time.
