EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!! Don't purchase as the RC Spa and Beauty Center will not be available to make an appointment and will redeem the voucher when services were not provided.

The girl who did my hair was the sweetest girl ever...but being sweet doesn't get you nice hair. I left the salon with my hair half dried ); and when it did dry, i cried because my hair was so messed up. I asked for a balayage and got highlights.. everyone who saw me asked if I did my hair myself, it was really bad.. so I had to get my hair fixed at a different salon. My hair was also very brassy.

The actual stylist was great and the salon was clean but it was hard to reach them by phone as no one ever just answered when I called. When I left a message and heard back from someone she didn't let me make an appointment but made me call the actual stylist to make the appointment. It took way too long for me to be able to reach someone, make an appointment, and actually get my hair cut.
