She is an extremely poor communicator to the point that I think she is a dishonest person.
I bought two groupons. Which she redeemed the day I bought them. I thought services needed to provided first. My first appt went great, loved my hair, but the app styleseat charged me a tip on top of a tip due to how she entered it. She blamed me. I closed my account with styleseat. I informed her I had but still wanted to keep my appointment. She did not responded until I sent two more texts trying to confirm my appt. she informed me that I had cancelled my appt. I felt she did not want to straighten my hair for 29.00 and just blew me off. It was a lesson learned for me. I will not do groupon specials anymore. Nor will any of my friends use her or the salon she works in.

I'm extremely sorry Coleen feels this way, I provided a service that she was very pleased with,but because she didn't like StyleSeat she wanted me to change my system. I pride myself in customer service and I can't change my way of business due to a customer disagrees. I offered to return the tip and Colleen never came back
