Founded and led by Dr. Sam Bakhtiar—a bodybuilding champion with both a master's and doctorate degree in fitness—Fitness Concepts houses an enthusiastic team of trainers dedicated to helping clients tone up within a 10,000-square-foot facility with rows of free weights and clusters of exercise machines. During specific programs, such as one-on-one personal-training sessions, they’ll help fit seekers target their personal goals, whether that’s strengthening their core, shaping up before a wedding, or conditioning for a sport.

Fitness Concepts' programs include dynamic boot-camp classes, which burn calories and strengthen bodies with ever-changing workouts and encouragement from invested trainers.
