Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Rancho Palos Verdes

There was a long wait, but the service was quick. I will go again. I do not recommend replacing your air filters here, the prices are very high (I was quoted $59 for a filter that I can buy for $20) but the oil change was a good deal.

I airways have a good experience here. They were quick and efficient, and didn't bat an eye when I told them a had a Groupon voucher. The only downside was that my car takes a premium filter and more than five quarts, so I had to pay extra, but it was still a great deal at a great place.

Absolutely thee best customers service I literally have EVER experienced !!! The young lady ( I believe her name is Laura or Lauren ) was amazing. She needs a pay raise or a promotion. As for the asst manager. He was phenomenal and professional. After he close the hood to my truck. He walked to my driver side window and intoduced him self by name and title, and thanked me for coming to this location. I literally drove back to work and told my co workers how great this place is. The entire team worked like a well oiled machine. Reminded me when I was in the Marines. Who ever trained these employees needs a pat on the back and a handshake and I hope the owner realizes how lucky he/she is to have them on his crew. By the way.
