Pure Barre is a musically-driven, low-impact, full-body workout that strengthens and stretches the entire body and has an added emphasis on the core.

We offer two classes that are intelligently designed to compliment each other. Our Classic class is a 50-minute, low-impact, total-body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs, abs, and arms, and burns fat in record-breaking time through small isometric movements. Our newest offering, Pure Empower is a 45-minute, high-energy, cardio-centric, circuit-based class that flows through "classic" barre moves in a more dynamic range of movement while utilizing ankle weights and a platform to help elevate the heart rate for a sustained amount of time generating more sweat than the Pure Barre Classic class.
