It took me 3 weeks just to speak with a person to up an appointment. I even went by the office and sat 20 minutes and called the office while I sat and called out and no response. I stepped out of office and called again and someone answered however she didn't know the providers schedule. Took another week to call me back. Never received info doc said she would email to me, not worth it.
