This review is false and untrue. The customer received a full set of classic eyelash extensions and an eyebrow wax/tint on May 3, 2024 with no issues reported at that time or afterward. The Groupon voucher was not redeemed until August 28, 2025—more than a year later. This review was then posted two weeks after redemption, not at the time of service. No complaints, medical concerns, or follow-ups were ever communicated to us. We keep detailed records, and there is nothing on file to support her claims. It is not credible that someone would experience an emergency room visit and medical bills but fail to contact the business directly at any point. We stand firmly by the quality and safety of our services. False statements of this nature are damaging and defamatory, and we take them very seriously. We reserve the right to pursue further action if such defamatory claims continue.
