First, they get the clothes clean. Having accomplished that, they end with quick service given with friendly greetings and smiles. In fact, that is how they start the process when one brings items in for repair or cleaning. Several types of repair (e.g., buttons) occur as a matter of course, gratis. For a reasonable fee, they replace zippers! If you have ever done that, most
likely you'll be happy to pay a few bucks to have it done for you.

The lady told me I couldn't use groupon for shirts, I told her yes I could after a little hassle she accepted it

They didn't clarify that it was only dry clean clothes. And I had mostly button up shirts.
I sent my wife to pick up the clothes and they didn't give her all the clothes so I had to buy pants because where going away for the weekend.
It was an overall bad experience
