If you haven't received a cleaning and get the whole package with the whitening, the cleaning isn't your normal cleaning, they scrape your teeth. The whitening didn't seem to do much but my teeth do feel clean!

I did the Zoom procedure...the dentist and dental hygienist were very nice and pleasant. I don't think the Zoom worked on me, there is really not a big difference with the color of my teeth. I took a before and after picture but there is not a noticeable difference :(

The first appointment made they stated that i had cancelled and my appt was given away. The 2nd time they cancelled me. The 3rd time they finally saw me but less than excited! There equipment broke while scaling my teeth and it made it painful
