Omg is so bad specially front desk receptionist called Natasha she is very rude and disrespectful has no morals she is not the owner so obviously care less to help you resolve any issues Her suggestion was if you don’t like for me to leave I ask for towels because I found nasty rags as towels she cared less nasty nasty

We had major issues with the toilet not flushing, we told the office daily and it was never really fixed, this proved to he an issue especially with a 5 year old. We emailed cooperate about the issue only to never get a response back. On the plus side the rooms were clean at the start, although the maid service could use some work through out the week. The breakfast was awsome!

Unfortunately I made a reservation 2 weeks prior and when I come to the place my reservation was nowhere to be found, after I told the lady I been calling the office since early to make sure everything was set I even showed her the call log, she said she was there the whole day and couldn’t have missed a call, so i was left without a room and had to sleep in my car. Never again!!!!!!
