DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS SERVICE! The only reason I gave one star is because I could not proceed without clicking at least one star. To begin, Crystal was excessively late to everything; the consultation, the actual paint job day, and to the day after to complete the job (she never came back afterwards to complete the touch ups). She was over 2 hours late to everything and a one day/one time job turned into a never ended process. And to make matters worse, my paint job was never completed, and I had several personal items damaged and splatters of paint dropped on my hardwood floors and brand new floor mirror. After calling and sending emails to Crystal to get the paint job completed and to have my items fixed, replaced, no one responded or made any effort to correct it, even though their Groupon states, "satisfaction guaranteed or they will do the job for free". To make matters worse, she called my phone and asked for complete payment even though she had not finished the job. I gave her the payment because she said said she needed to pay her team that day, and that she would be back complete the final touches. Well, it has been a month and 3 days since she started the job and has not completed it. After several attempted phone calls, left voice messages, and emails, I still have uneven paint on my walls, accident spots on my walls that were not painted, paint on my hardwood floors, and paint on my brand new floor mirror. Also I have 4 damaged blinds. One of the blinds looks as if someone cut the strings with scissors and another blind looks as if someone cut the strings with scissors as well, but tried to tie them together as if nothing happened. Needless to say, I want 2 Ladies and a Paintbrush to honor their word and provide a refund for a significant lack of satisfaction due to the overwhelming job incompletion, and damaging of personal items due to their actions. I do believe I have given ample time for 2 Ladies and a Paintbrush to make this right and have no other choice but to sue them. So again, DO NOT waste your time, money, or efforts with their unprofessionalism. I am very disappointed in their services and want either a full refund, or all of my damages covered, with money to complete my paint job (which will not be completed by them). I hope this helps anyone seeking to use this company. They are terrible and have horrible service. Deeply disappointed...
