We believe that Quality Service, Trust and Value to our Customers is what matters most. Our attention to detail and commitment to getting it right is what makes us stand out among the rest. At the end of the day we serve our customers the way we would like to be treated.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
General Technique was started and still is a family owned business. My wife and I had success as business owners for years and noticed that small businesses were struggling to compete in a fast growing Technology world. My degree and passion was in the Computer industry, we just new we had to Help.

What do you love most about your job?
Technology is such a vital importance to our daily lives and knowing that we can help solve IT problems for consumers and small businesses which depend on their technology is humbling. Small businesses need to be able to compete in the marketplace and protect vital data, we take that very serious.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Over the years we have had so many wonderful customers. The best feedback is hard to say but one business customer who we recovered their entire Data Base when their Hard drive crashed said we saved her business from closing along with having to lay off her staff was so gratifying to hear that.
