Blanca at Calidora Redmond gives excellent guidance in setting up a plan for skin care. Instead of just randomly making appts., doing a little of this and a little that, she helped me understand and set up an organized path toward improving the quality, texture and tone of my skin. Botox cant do this! It feels great to feel like my time and money are most efficiently and effectively being used. Randy and Brunette were excellent, as the front desk staff always are too. They are friendly, on time and have never made me feel rushed!

The facial was great and the warm bed was even better.

The soft sell on other services was OK, any more would be intrusive

The Groupon was worded in a way that I had to pay more for the service I purchased (but this was not communicated clearly in the print-and I'm no dummy, i read the fine print). I paid an additional few hundred dollars, then had an awkward service where a lamp was dropped on my head and I got a huge goose egg. No follow up, no real apology, and I'm just not going back because it is too uncomfortable
