Great place to get any service done for a great price! I've been going there already if time and I'm always happy with the results of my cut & color.

My daughter arrived at her appt time, but was not taken in for 45 mins. Her appointment to color her hair lasted 5 hours and was done incorrectly. It wasn't a disaster from visual perspective, but it was very different that what she asked for. They offered to fix it for free. That was an expected but appreciated gesture. She went back in 2 weeks later for the fix and spent 6 more hours and it was still wrong. We asked for a more senior stylist when we booked the initial appt and they assured us she was. In chatting with my daughter during the process, they stylist let her know she was fairly new to the program. I might go here for a simple haircut, but I would not book them for a more complicated procedure and am disappointed at the bait and switch with an experienced student. I am a long time Gene Juarez salon customer and have total faith in them and will keep going there, but can't recommend the salon based on our two experiences. On a side note? Everyone was very nice, no attitudes when we were not satisfied. That was also appreciated.

Got deep conditioning and a haircut; both were great!!!

Had a wonderful experience!! I walked out of their salon looking like a 10!! Thank you for making me feel so beautiful.
