The music choice was trendy and on the loud side, but overall I had a great experience. The hair products smell delicious and the staff is very accommodating and friendly; very wonderful to be around!

My Groupon was for a Full Foil & Haircut, and I asked for the highlights to be a shade of red. What I got was my entire head dyed red, and the color turned out lighter than expected. I thought it would take 3 hours - I was there for 4, no haircut.

Great stylist, very accommodating! Try to bus or light rail in to save on parking. Lots of magazines, coffee, tea and water.

$125 for partial color in the back of my head and a 5 minute haircut. Disappointed, overpriced. Was quoted that this had a $250'+ value. For $125 the first thing the stylist said to me is the color process won't cover my grey. $250 value????? What?
