Great service! No extra fees.

This place doesn't do brake work. When you call (which you have to do several times before someone will answer and no, they will not return your call), they will tell you to go somewhere else, not even a different Pennzoil location but a completely different auto shop. That auto shop has signs up saying they do NOT take Groupon. Apparently one guy owns both places so he's making the other auto shop take the Groupons. It worked out but was definitely weird, awkward, and stressful. The guy did good work though, even though he wasn't happy about the Groupon.

Incompetent at the only thing they do. They save you $10 with Groupon and in the process waste a lot of your time and do damages worth of hundreds of dollars. Gory details: they forgot to reattach metal front bottom cover on my car. At high speed it started beating at asphalt (that's how I learned about the problem), got damaged and started sagging. After I brought my car back to Pennzoil they "fixed" it using zip tie instead of the original screw and told me that *if it sags more I may need to replace the cover*. Also, be aware, on top of your Groupon they charge you $6 or so for oil disposal. Never happened before with other Groupons. Stay away.
