Booked a Groupon for 40 units of Botox. Told twice I could see the vial, but syringes were preloaded and injections began without warning. No vial or packaging shown. Confusing explanation that 40 units = “two areas.” Over a month later, effects were minimal and short-lived, inconsistent with 40 units. Serious transparency concerns. Would not recommend. Also, the injector is a DNP (Nurse), not MD

Called inquiring if forehead and crows feet around eyes are two different areas that can be used for the 40 units — receptionist said yes. When I get there she said the forehead was 2 areas. And if I wanted around eyes it would be an additional $300. Not transparent. Wouldn’t have booked if I would have known that.
