Our classes are taught by actual dancers - barre isn't just a fitness fad for us, but our passion and daily practice.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? We seek to empower clients to find strength not simply in their physique but more importantly, how they view themselves. We want clients to root their efforts in a deepening sense of self acceptance that then helps empower them to make continued transformations inside and out.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Barre Hub seeks to unite a community unlike any other in the South Bay - We created a space of sanctuary and strength intended for people from all walks of life to come together, standing alongside one another in support of this journey.

What do you love most about your job? We love our daily interaction with clients! We see our classes as more than an opportunity to share our skill sets, but rather a platform to express and infuse our passion into clients that in turn ignites transformation.
