Had been wanting to try Harmony for years, and the Groupon finally got me in the door. Wonderful atmosphere in the flow class. My only reservation so far is that the "all levels" classes still don't offer much guidance/correction for beginners, so I'm concerned my form may not be right. In my experience, correction is the key to success (and to keeping injuries at bay). Looking forward to trying other classes over the next couple of months.
