Jade Skincare Studio, Redondo Beach

Everything was satisfying until I was scammed out of 2 extra Brazilian Waxes that I paid for in advance and did not receive . Jade never called or texted me as requested to confirm my next appointment and once the appointment passed and I attempted to reschedule; Jade informed me after the fact I already paid that I would not be able to be reimbursed nor compensated for getting another wax with her. I was told that the money I paid to get a wax was holding my spot for my appointment, therefore since I missed my appointment due to my hectic schedule, she then told me she would not give me my Brazilian wax or money back. Since this random "policy" was nowhere to be found on the groupon page I would encourage everyone to be very careful when trying to deal with Jade (The Scammer). I only received 1 of the 3 waxes I paid in advance, the one I received was done nicely (hints the reason I bought 2 more on the spot). So if you do end up choosing this particular woman I would not.

Jade did a great job. It was pain free, and she cleaned up everything I needed. Will return
