Please save your money and more importantly your skin!!! Nina is extremely uneducated in problematic skin such as Melasma. I’ve been going to them over 2 years have spent lots of my money to have my skin absolutely ruined and she had the audacity to blame me for the chemical burns on my face!! My face is now is so so full hyperpigmentation after the peel I got a month ago. I went to her yesterday hoping to solve this problem without going public but she was so rude, unapologetic and blaming me for her malpractice. After my initial facial I got a bad breakout and my face was blotchy for a few days then it recovered. A month later, there was some scheduling issues. I spoke with a lady on the phone who confirmed my appointment for a date and time but when I showed up I was informed that my appointment was scheduled two days earlier. The attendant told me that unless I buy some products or any package there is nothing she can do for me. I was very glad I never bought any products or extra treatments from this clinic. They will push you to buy their products during treatment but you need to stand your ground. The way the handled their scheduling was very unprofessional and disappointing. I guess that was for the best. I was a bit concerned about a potential reaction. But I was willing to give it another try. Now, I will never know if their products work or not. I will not recommend their service and I will not come back. It is pretty far, they could have saved me the drive by calling me and clarifying the mishap. In my opinion their products and facial are a bit overpriced. I have gotten better results from other facials that cost half the price.
