Roberto made me feel right at home when I walked into the salon. He asked me how I like to wear my hair, if I was willing to go shorter, suggested a style that would look good with my face shape. Roberto did an excellent job on my cut and highlights! This is the first cut, highlight and style that I have loved in a long time. Thanks Roberto!

I love Roberto and I love the hair cut I received, however... 1. Roberto spent the majority of the time telling me I needed a special shampoo because I damaged my hair too much. 2. Didn't ask me what kind of haircut I wanted just washed it and then cut it. Luckily he did ask me how short. 3. When I did decide to buy his recommended shampoo and conditioner he charged me $72 when you can buy it on Amazon or at Sally's for like 20 bucks. >_<
