1.What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We offer a wide variety of classes in a fun and positive environment. Everyone should feel comfortable walking in our doors as we are a body positive studio! Be prepared to get an amazing workout, but never be intimidated. We will always offer positive feedback and encouragement to our members.

2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

We were motivated to start this business because we believe fitness should be FUN! We want all our members to be excited to come in for an hour and do something great for themselves. We believe there is a shift happening towards positivity in fitness and we want to be at the forefront of that trend.

3. What do you love most about your job?

We love connecting with people and helping them reach their best potential and their happiest self. We believe that fitness is a great stepping stone toward feeling great from the inside out!

4. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

We have had many customers say things like "I never thought I could do this kind of exercise!" or "I don't normally like working out... but I love this!" Everyone is always so excited that they are successful at something they've never tried. It's amazing seeing so many people trying new workouts and really looking forward to coming to classes!
