They weren’t helpful, and almost dismissive. My mother went to the San Jose location off of Tully and was offered a stand and a net, free of charge. Santa Clara offered both & when I accepted the net, they told me they would charge me $15+ more. I hope that maybe it was just a one off experience as it was disheartening to myself and my son honestly & - a little kindness goes a long way.

The service that I received was very good. They even carry your tree up to the front and will attach it to you vehicle for you. Just be aware that they typically charge to net your tree. All in all, this was a great Groupon Deal and I felt the value. The tip I gave was well-deserved. Great service!
