they need to improve everything!!

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The boss said i wouldnt be able to find better rack of pork ribs anywhere so will be trying those next visit!!

lounge has TVs to watch football games in an adult atmosphere

I've worked in the food industry numerous times and can tell when dirty deep fryer oil has been used. The food was alright but could have been great. I could tell from the taste of the burger that the grill could use a good cleaning. It had an off taste as if it had been smoked by all the previous foods that had been burnt to the grills. The fries also had a slightly off taste that comes when the oil in the deep fryers doesn't get changed regularly. I'm concerned of the cleanliness of the kitchen.
