It would be to have a place to hang your jacket by the front door so the client is not having to move it from room to room. I also think there should be a way for the clients personal belongings to be locked away prior to the treatment so they are not having to bother with transferring their items into the shower room after their treatment as it interferes with the peaceful physical & mental feeling the treatment provides. A smooth transition from treatment to steam room would be much more enjoyable without having to worry about gathering ones things. Maybe have the client brought to the shower room where they can strip down & store their items beforehand & come to the treatment room in robe

The spa itself is lovely. I really enjoyed using the steam/ shower room afterwards. The only thing I noticed missing from when I've been to other spas is to have a drink of tea or water offered after the treatment. Unless your policy is to offer that beforehand, which in my case didn't apply since I was late. Sometimes I've seen toiletries ( lotions, pads, body sprays ) in the bathroom which is always a nice touch. I did use your hairspray which I was glad that you had.
