I wish they would have stated in the groupon that there is a class limit of 6 kids per class. Because of this I couldn't get my child in the time that would have worked for me. I cannot register online and when I tried phoning, they advised someone will e-mail me to register my child. I didn't hear from anyone until three weeks after the program started. The staff is very hard to get a hold of via email or phone and they are very evasive whenI was trying to get answers. The office hours advised 9 - 6 but they advised that no one actually mans the phone during those hours. Only at 9 am and in the evening near 6. I've asked for a refund before the expiration date but haven't heard from them since then.
