Their carpet cleaning service is a scam. They told me my carpets would be $698 to clean since it was over the 500 square feet, and they have to do the entire house. That is insane so I declined. They then called me and said they could do it for $500 and I told them no. Hopefully I can get a Groupon refund. This offer should not be on the site.

It’s a SCAM basically! They wanted to charge me more than $600 extra for the five bedroom carpet cleening package. STAY AWAY!

My service technician was excellent. Very polite and hard working. However, when he arrived and explained that the Groupon didn’t actually cover what was described and was more of a discount off of the total, I was left paying a significant amount more for the services needed. I walked away feeling that I had paid for a coupon rather than a Groupon for goods and services. Kinda of a bait & switch.
