I purchased a treatment and attempted to contact her I left messages with no call backs I live 200 miles from her shop I tried to book an appointment when Im in her town unfortunately my purchase was wasted she never responded. In future I will make appointment b4 I purchase a treatment with her. ( I enjoyed the last treatment with her she is good)

I asked Kimberly for her recommendation on which would providea deep extraction. She advised the “European facial,”. To my surprise, the extraction lasted only 5 seconds (I counted), she didn't perform any pore extraction whatsoever, leaving me shocked! When I got home, I actually took it upon myself to extract my pores, and there was definitely work to be done. I will not recommend this place.

Truly sorry you felt that way! Your skin was very dehydrated at the time of your facial from your recent trip back from New York! I did not want to push extremely hard to damage your skin tissue. The only blackheads were in your nose arear, Yes I was able to extract a few blackheads from the nose area. I also noticed your lips were dry! Another sign of dehydration on the skin. Had you brought this to my attention I would have explained your skin condition at the time of your appointment.
