Heidi Nicol Skin Care, Reno

To start off the story, I called about 5 times and left messages trying to get an appointment. Finally after a little over a month Heidi called me and apologized for her not getting back to me. I went for the micro current facial 2 times and then went for my 3rd time on a day she switched because of the salon having renovations, which was fine and I went on that day and I sat there for over 45 minutes waiting and she never showed up. I texted and called her and left a message while I was there @ the salon and never heard from her until today. She finally 2 weeks later text me and is now claiming I missed an appointment (which I talked to her and changed it to another day) and revoked my 3rd visit. I usually never give reviews like this but I want people to be aware of how she runs her business. Beware!!

Very hard to get a hold of and after several attempts to contact, she would never respond.

Heidi is very caring and took extra measures with trying to make those old wrinkles disappear.

Wonderful facial! Heidi is very friendly and does amazing work. I am deducting one star bc I'm not crazy about the location (European Fitness). However, I would return.
