Every morning, the pie professionals at J.J.’s hand toss the dough for pizzas that have been recognized on the Metromix Best of Reno list. For over three decades, the experts have piled their traditionally crafted disks of dough with toppings such as linguiça sausage, chorizo, and artichoke hearts in their location near the University of Nevada. Diners can also sink their teeth into cold subs laden with smoked turkey and pastrami, alternating bites with swigs from rotating draft beers such as Fat Tire. While eating, guests can try their luck at five poker machines that have no way of knowing if a card is hidden up your sleeve.
