this was an absolute bust -- we recieved approximately three delieverd Sunday papers (and one week papers every day) and then no further deliveries. No response from RGJ -- their help desk phone links to outsourced "customer service" -- the last person I spoke with was in the Philippines. email response was not any more helpful. would not recommend this particularly if you are not in the Reno/Sparks area. Although they say they deliver to the outlining areas I would do some checking before expecting to have the paper delivered to your home.

Log in information is very confusing. I have redeemed the voucher and yet there is no information on how to log into RGJ.com.

Unfortunately I cannot really say much. I have yet to receive my Sunday paper. I believed I had redeemed my Groupon weeks before but had to go back again to redeem a second time.

I haven't received it yet.
