Awful customer service, I dont know how this place is even allowed to stay open when they won't help you book an appointment over the phone. Online appointments were then repeatedly denied. Not worth the time or money.

I was never able to schedule. The phone number listed lead me to someone who wouldn't schedule me, told me to go online. Their online scheduling requires my credit card info to reserve-I'm not leaving my credit card info on an unknown website for something I've already paid for. I call their "customer service"-I received a text stating "If you're needing further assistance call...". I did-after waiting 5 minutes and no one answering I hung up. I tried to call the main number again and left a message. Never had a return call.

Don't waste your money on this Groupon! I tried to schedule an appointment for myself and received 12 texts (not exaggerating!) changing my appointment to different days and times, then ultimately denying my appointment altogether because I'm not a new client. I had received a massage there once, 7 months ago. My bad, I didn't realize that this was the same place. I then tried to schedule an appointment for my husband to use the Groupon and that appointment request was denied also. I don't know why - he is a new client. Worst customer service ever. This Groupon is impossible to redeem!
