This is the armpit of Reno. By far the worst stay I’ve ever had. Parking lots, restaurants. Table Games, etc… all closed. Homeless people camped on machines to get warm. Newly remodeled room leaked air so bad it blew out my lighter. Had heat on in room and still struggled to get it above 68. Just like warm shower. Construction everywhere which means everything is dirty. Not safe

It was a great stay nice room very clean . But I’m still trying to figure out when I’m getting my deposit back . I had asked for a copy and I was told they don’t give us a copy of our stay nor the deposit.

The beds were very comfortable. The view we had was grand especially at night. Their was one lady Coleen who worked in the information office who was full of exceptional information. Explaining the bus system and what other things there was to do besides gambling. She was the only one who knew what was going on. We needed our luggage to be held before our departure.go to the valet.
