The therapist worked very hard on the massage and explained why he was stretching or applying pressure at an area, which was great. However, the next day I hurt all over. It is my fault probably, because he asked about how much pressure he should use, and I said a lot, because I was comparing it to what I need in a traditional massage. Will return with the new knowledge of what I can handle.
