What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We're on a mission to re-humanize the workplace. Our approach is people-centric, behavioral-based, and results-oriented. We specialize in five areas that affect human performance: Self, relationships, human process, culture, and outcomes.

Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring?
A journal that can be used with watercolor. We recommend a copy of Brené Brown's The Gifts of Imperfection, but it's not mandatory.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
StartHuman was born out of a desire to create a new norm in the workplace [and beyond.] We see a huge need to help people navigate human norms with themselves, and others. Our energy comes from working on real and meaningful needs and opportunities with real people.

What do you love most about your job?
The work we do is sustainable, impactful, and had broad applicable. We love hearing about people's successes and failures as they move towards desired outcomes. We also love to witness growth and transformation in people, relationships, teams, and organizations.
