The therapists are great! The place itself doesn’t use the products equivalent to the prices they charge. I notice their products are drug store brands. Which is frustrating.

I enjoyed my wax, but the lady at the front desk charged me on top of my Groupon and I didn't realize it until later.

I appreciated how my waxer talked to me the whole time to distract me from pain. This wasn't my first wax however still hurts!
